The Rainbow business has built its success on fast and flexible delivery solutions offering customers a choice of service to meet their needs. We are able to deliver container shipment, central depot, direct to store and direct to consumer.
Upon receipt, your orders are processed quickly and delivered complete, intact, and when you need them. We offer a next day delivery on orders placed before 1pm and below the value of £2,000. All of our UK orders are sent out for guaranteed next day delivery. All orders with a value over £300 on branded fragrance and £500 on Rainbow own brand products are delivered free to customers located on mainland UK.

Delivery Rates UK
Delivery is free of charge for orders over £300 on branded fragrance and £500 on Rainbow own brand products to locations in the UK (excluding highlands/Islands and NI). Orders below these thresholds are subject to a delivery charge of a minimum of £6 plus VAT. We do not accept orders under £150. If an order of Own Brand Cosmetics (Sunkissed, Active, Tilly and Style & Grace) is over £500 there is no charge for delivery (excluding Scottish Highlands/Islands and Northern Ireland) If an order of Own Brand Cosmetics (Sunkissed, Active, Tilly and Style & Grace) is below £500 then actual carriage charges will be applied up to a value of £25.00 If both Own Brand Cosmetics and Fragrance is ordered and the value is below £500 then actual carriage charges will be applied up to a value of £15.00.
We currently ship products to over 32 countries worldwide, including into the US, Australia and Europe. If placing an order for export we require a minimum value of £1,500. On receipt of your order we will process the necessary paperwork (including dangerous goods notes for transit) and reserve the stock whilst you organise the transport details.
All export orders are ex-works, Rainbow is partnered with a number of freight companies who will be happy to provide you with a quote, or you can use or organise shipment with your own supplier. If you are not using a Rainbow preferred supplier (currently DSV and Trans Global) VAT will be charged on your order, but it can be claimed back once we have received a certificate of shipment (See below).
Payment must be cleared funds in our bank account before we will release your order. Payment can be received in GBP(£), USD($) and Euros(€).
Important: Please note that it is your responsibility to insure goods in transit from the Rainbow warehouse to your delivery address.
Q. Why do I need a dangerous goods note?
A. Fragrance, nail polish and a number of other products sold by Rainbow cosmetics are classed as hazardous* by the UN and it is a legal requirement to have a dangerous goods note for the transit of these products overseas.
If your order contains any products classed as dangerous then a dangerous good note will be required for transit. We will prepare these on your behalf free of charge.
Rainbow Cosmetics transports all hazardous freight in line with the regulations as set out in the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR agreement) and the International Maritime Dangerous Goods code (IMDG Code). *A “hazardous product" is any solid, liquid, or gas that can harm people, other living organisms, property, or the environment. These dangerous or hazardous goods are classified by the UN.
Q. What is a certificate of shipment and how do I get one?
A. A certificate of shipment is a document required by Customs and Excise to track the journey of goods into and out of the country. For all export orders we require a copy of the shipment of goods as confirmation your order has left the country. On receipt of the certificate we will credit the VAT back to your account.
